sticky situation..

I've always feel weird when this situation arises.. you know that you can't run away from it, and its the only way.. for now at least.. this is something u have to do it yourself.. and no one else around that can help you.. and i mean no one else... (but oh well, if u have friends that could help you out with this, i don't mind knowing him/her..) Realistically, there are other ways getting around that problem, but none as appealing as this.. at this moment, u feel so helpless, 有心无力.. you know that it would cause problems (major or minor), but still u would still do it, shamelessly.. but the help would still come, albeit the excess baggage that follows..

Jigsaw puzzle

piece by piece, slowly but surely, u start to see the whole picture forming... knowing that everything would be clear soon, as long as you head towards the goal.. however, you felt anguished seeing some obvious pieces missing from the picture and started searching high and low for them.. you tried as hard as you could but they seem to do pretty well in this hide & seek.. and just when you thought that you have forgotten about those pieces, one appeared at the corner of ur eyes.. ur heart started throbbing, and u're suddenly undecided.. not sure whether it'll fit in that obvious spot.. not sure if u wanna try placing it in that spot knowing that if it doesn't fit, all that's left is nothing but disappointment.. a demoralised mind would only take a longer time to finish the whole picture..

I'm so sick of slacking that I'm starting to welcome work... ironic


anyway, go watch part of IC Malaysian Night 2006 here.. (the video quality doesnt do the performance any justice tho)

1) reclaimed weekends and wednesday evenings..
2) proper meals aka home cooked food... no more snacks..
3) proper napping place.. ie on a bed.. rather than slouching on the dining hall chair and catching forty winks (or more)
4) have time to do work.. (not that i do work all the time when Mnight rehearsals are taking place, but it takes away the all the time slots that are available.. perfect excuse not to do work..)
5) listening to Sabarlah by Urban Exchange, Berhenti Berharap by Sheila on 7, and Cannonball by Damien Rice more often than.... errr brushing my teeth?
6) wondering how would IC Mnight 2007 be.. after all the convincing that IC Mnight 2006 was the best yet!
7) to see months of meticulous preparations and plannings get destroyed in minutes..
8) have football weekends to look forward too again! oh spring + hyde park, here i come!

oh, Alan Chew, i think u sang better than all of the original singers in those 3 songs... will try to get a copy of the recorded singing then compare!

wisdom teeth?

Why give us wisdom teeth when all we do is to extract them? grrr.. my lower right wisdom tooth is acting up again.. grrr... lost my appetite and slept the whole day.. have to visit the dentist tmr.. all this must happen when i'm this busy...
