Why God made little boys..

I remember receiving this mini poster as my bday gift a couple of years back.. i find it truely meaningful and i would like to share it..

God made a world out of his dreams, of magic moutains, oceans and streams;
prairies and plains and wooded land. He then paused and thought,
"I need someone to stand on the top of the mountains,
to conquer the sea and explore the plains,
someone to start out small and grow sturdy, and strong like a tree."
and so....

He created boys, full of spirit and fun to explore and conquer, to romp and run with dirty faces, banged up chins, with courageous hearts and boyish grins.

When He had completed the task He'd begun, He surely said, "That's a job well done."

summer break update #2

i know i'm not blogging that frequently these days.. =(
12th of july was my 21st bday.. woohoo... lol... i wonder what's up with the 21st bday... everyone's been talking about the "key" to freedom.. haha.. but its just another milestone in your life.. nothing too special, but just a day to remember.. i had a few presents, had a bbq over at my house the weekend before, had a nice simple dinner and a movie with baby (its precious kay? considering that its rag confinement period now), and a british india shirt! *wink*

been a wonderful week.. tiring no doubt.. but its worthwhile.. the rag day is approaching... 6th aug.. judging from the static display, i think TH has a very strong chance of winning it... i dont wish to jinx it here tho.. haha good luck gals... and tech guys.. i cant wait for rag to be over.. then we can have a nice holiday at some beach i hope.. =) gonna get some sun man.. after spending majority of our time indoors.. i'll get some sun block and just gonna sit out in the sun!!

ohh,when i was in singapore, i did observed that u 4 buddies have tall and lanky bf.. hahah i wouldnt say deno is exactly lanky, but he's tall! lol.. maybe tall and lanky guys are on the top of the food chain.. watch out you alpha-males out there.. (sour grapes here!!)


p/s: i guess the tuition centre plan didn't work out.. found out that a tuition centre in that area just tutup kedai.. =( not a good sign eh?

summer break update #1

sorry for not blogging for such a long time..
haha dear, i have to disagree to your previous post unfortunately.. I think the nature of the blogs is a reflection of the blogger's character.. ie if the blogger is always depressed, the amount of depressing blogs will be significantly higher..
and personally, i do believe a lot of ppl (not all!) who blogs are driven by some amount of boredom, obligation and/or desperation.. (its just my opinion, don't flame me!) hence, their blogs are filled with negative feel.. i'm not discouraging/condemning it, its good to have a rant or just venting your displeasure at the blog sometimes... just not all the time..
i do believe all my blogs till now are happy-go-lucky style.. =) a true reflection of myself! *cough cough* i believe happiness is the truest way to beauty.. *more coughs* hahaha enough nonsense.. i'll start preaching happiness soon.. haha
i've just been back from my hometown.. met up with my 3 cute female cousins age 5,2 and 1 1/2.. i'll upload photos of them and compete with kimmy... cant let her get all the attention! wait till i lay my hands on motorola usb cable! i forgot to bring mine back from UK..
meanwhile, i thought about running a tuition centre.. at sri damansara area... anyone with contacts, being tutor, students or whatever, just drop a comment ya? please please please!
